Job summary

RecruitFirst Pte. Ltd is seeking a Call Centre Agent to handle inbound and outbound calls and respond to emails from customers. The role is a 1-year contract with renewal, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to maintain accurate customer records.

The position offers office hours, Mon to Fri, with one Saturday half-day per month. Remuneration is up to 2,600 SGD basic salary plus performance incentives, and the company provides a professional work environment in Singapore.

Location (Nearest MRT): Yio Chu Kang (Free Shuttle Bus @ Jurong & Chua Chu Kang)

Remuneration: Up to $2,600 Basic Salary (Depends on Qualification & Relevant Work Experience) + Performance Incentives

Duration of Work: 1 Year Contract (Renewable)

Work Days & Hours: Mon to Fri, Office Hours + 1 Sat Half Dayper month
