About The Role
Our Sales Coordinators work in DriverLab, focusing on innovation projects for drivers. This role involves developing new partnerships, coordinating sales in a new region, and leading acquisition and partnership development, especially with gas stations for 99Abastece. Expect a fast-paced, challenging, and joyful environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Executing sales strategies to develop new partnerships for 99Abastece, from initial contact to onboarding and engagement.
  • Supporting team management and managing acquisition, activation, and support teams.
  • Maintaining close relationships with portfolio customers for a good experience and strategic consulting.
  • Collaborating with various stakeholder teams to improve operational productivity.
  • Fostering a fun, inclusive, and safe work culture, ensuring team engagement and development.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 4-5 years in B2B/B2C sales, fuel market, food delivery, strategy consulting, or similar, with data-driven decision experience.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship skills.
  • Willingness to travel approximately twice a month.
  • Experience in team management.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and ownership-driven.
  • Intermediate English skills for potential international stakeholder interactions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with data insights.
  • Clear, concise communicator capable of synthesizing information.
  • Comfortable with learning new tools and adapting to change.
