A leading company in the tech industry is looking for a Program Manager to join their Partner Program team. This role involves the development of training resources, program management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive partner success. The ideal candidate will possess strong program management abilities alongside exceptional communication skills to create clear, impactful content. Do you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, balancing content creation with hands-on program management? We’re looking for someone to join our growing Partner Program team at Avalara, where you’ll collaborate across departments to create content that empowers our internal teams and external partners. You will lead and drive the development of high-impact training resources and content that enable partners to drive programmatic success, while also owning key program management functions such as strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and tracking business-critical milestones.
In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive the execution of high-priority initiatives with measurable business impact. You’ll be the go-to person for developing impactful, engaging content that drives partner success, while also contributing to key program management duties like managing timelines, risk, and cross-functional collaboration. We need someone who is adaptable, organized, and ready to jump in with both creative content development and program management support to drive impact.
