LBD Engineering Pte Ltd seeks a BIM Coordinator to help develop and maintain BIM processes on building projects. You will coordinate models across architectural, structural, and MEP teams, ensure consistency, and support documentation and deliverables.

Responsibilities include clash detection, updating 3D models, and guiding site teams on BIM usage. A degree in a related field and multi-discipline experience are preferred, especially for residential projects.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or construction fields.
• Experience with HDB or residential projects preferred.
• Multidisciplinary experience across Architectural, Structural and MEP.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining BIM processes and standards.
• Coordinate BIM models across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines for accuracy.
• Prepare and update 3D models, drawings, and documentation per project requirements.
• Conduct clash detection and resolve coordination issues with consultants and subcontractors.
• Support BIM Manager in managing deliverables, submissions, and BIM-related docs.
• Ensure BIM data and models comply with company standards, client needs, and regulatory guidelines.
• Participate in coordination meetings and provide BIM technical support.
• Maintain and organize BIM files, models, and project data with version control.
• Provide guidance to site teams on BIM usage and model interpretation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the HOD.

Job Description

• Coordinate BIM models across different disciplines, including architectural, structural, and MEP, to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Prepare and update 3D models, drawings, and documentation in accordance with project requirements.
• Conduct clash detection and resolve coordination issues in collaboration with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Support the BIM Manager in managing project deliverables, submissions, and BIM-related documentation.
• Ensure all BIM data and models comply with company standards, client requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
• Participate in coordination meetings and provide technical support on BIM-related matters.
• Maintain and organize BIM files, models, and project data for easy access and version control.
• Provide technical assistance and guidance to site teams on BIM usage and model interpretation.
• Any other duties as assigned by the HOD.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture / Engineering / Construction related fields.
• HDB or residential project experience will be preferred.
