ZHENG KENG ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD is seeking a drafting and design professional to develop conceptual and detailed project drawings using Revit. The role focuses on civil, structural and electrical plans, plus MEP modelling for accurate cost schedules.

You will ensure regulatory compliance, prepare submissions for authorities, and liaise with consultants and subcontractors to manage progress and variations.

Qualificações

• Draft, conceptual design and model for project drawings.
• Draft and scale drawings for submission to the relevant authorities for approval.
• Produce technical plans for civil, structural and electrical buildings and structures.
• Produce costing with Revit schedules.
• Modelling MEP services using Revit.
• Ensure compliance of drawings with regulatory specifications and standard.
• Liaise with consultants and subcontractors on work progress and variations.

Responsabilidades

• Create draft, conceptual designs and 3D models for project drawings.
• Develop draft and scale drawings for permit submissions.
• Prepare technical plans for civil, structural and electrical works.
• Produce cost estimates using Revit schedules.
• Model MEP services in Revit.
• Ensure drawings meet regulatory specs and standards.
• Coordinate with consultants and subcontractors on progress and changes.
