Lian Soon Construction Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead development and updates of construction BIM models. You will coordinate with project teams, client representatives, consultants, and sub-contractors to keep deliverables on schedule.

The role requires strong Revit skills (Architectural/Structural/MEP), 5+ years in construction, and a proactive, independent mindset capable of teamwork across disciplines.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years in construction industry, contractor experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years Revit Architectural/Structural/MEP experience.
• Independent, self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for the development and update of Construction BIM Models.
• Liaise and communicate closely with project team, client representative, consultants and sub-contractor
• Manage and monitor the BIM deliverables and ensure work deliver on schedule
• Able to provide information on the projects, the extent of BIM usage in the projects and the roles involved.
