AKK TH3X (S) PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced architect to lead and coordinate architectural design works for construction projects in Brazil.

You will prepare and review drawings, plans, and technical documents while ensuring compliance with building regulations and project requirements. You will collaborate with clients, consultants, engineers, contractors, and project teams; manage submissions and documentation; review progress and propose solutions to architectural issues; and attend project

Qualificações

• Diploma or degree in Architecture or related field.
• Experience in architectural design and construction projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, BIM software, or other design tools.
• Good knowledge of building regulations, construction processes, and design standards.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and meet project deadlines.
