Private Advertiser in Brazil's North region is seeking a BIM Designer to support the VDC Manager and project team in creating, updating and revising BIM Models from project start to as-built stage.

You will generate accurate Revit models, schedules, shop drawings, and Revit families, coordinating across disciplines to meet submission timelines.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (Architecture/Structure/MEP) is required; Navisworks and Enscape are a plus and teamwork is essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor-level BIM designer with 3+ years of experience in large construction projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit (Architecture/Structure), and Revit MEP.
• Relevant BIM training certificates.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and in a team.
• Knowledge of Navisworks and Enscape is a plus.

Responsabilidades

Responsibilities:

• Assist VDC Manager, VDC Coordinators and project team in creating, updating and revising BIM Models from the project start to as-built stage
• Create accurate and organized Revit (BIM) models and generate schedules, concrete body plans, combined service drawings and other relevant shop drawings from BIM Models
• Create Revit families for project
• Generate quality work in BIM modelling, shop drawings and meet the submission schedule
• Record and control in and out drawing registry
• Clash detection, visual check and identify issues for Coordinators where discrepancies occur
• Perform other drafting related duties as and when assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma or equivalent in Architectural / Civil & Structural/ Electrical & Mechanical
• Well versed in AutoCAD, Revit Architecture/Structure and knowledge in Revit MEP
• Must possess relevant BIM training certificates
• At least 3 years’ experience of BIM modelling and coordination in construction firm of a large project
• Able to work with minimum supervision and as a team
• Skills in Navisworks and Enscape will be an advantage
