Virtual Assistant – Bilingual (English & Portuguese) – Full Time – R$3,000/month
GlowPro Cleaning Service – USA (Remote from Brazil)
We're hiring a highly organized, proactive, and bilingual Virtual Assistant to support our growing cleaning service company. This is a full-time, remote position, and you must be based in Brazil.
About Us:
GlowPro Cleaning Service is a premium cleaning company based in the U.S., known for professionalism, consistency, and outstanding client service. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for someone to join our team and help us stay organized and responsive.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to client messages by email, phone, and text (in English and Portuguese)
- Speaking directly with clients in English, including phone calls
- Scheduling and confirming cleaning appointments
- Sending invoices and tracking payments
- Managing and posting content on social media (Instagram, Stories, etc.)
- Following up with leads and organizing contacts
- Assisting with administrative tasks and business organization
- Managing simple project boards (like Trello)
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Portuguese (spoken and written)
- Must be comfortable speaking on the phone in English with clients
- Must have a valid MEI (Microempreendedor Individual) registration
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (required)
- Strong written communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented, resourceful, and organized
- Professional attitude and reliable
- Experience as a Virtual Assistant is desirable but not mandatory
Technical Requirements:
- A high-performance laptop or desktop (able to run multiple applications smoothly — at least 8GB RAM and i5 processor or equivalent)
- Stable high-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download speed)
- A professional-quality headset with clear audio and noise-canceling microphone (essential for client calls)
- Access to a quiet, dedicated workspace during working hours
- Proficient with:
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar)
- Instagram & social media tools
- Basic knowledge of Telegram
- Basic skills in content creation (Canva or similar tools is a plus)
- Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 5:00pm EDT (U.S. Eastern time)
- Possible raise after a few months based on performance
Bonus Points:
- Experience working with cleaning, real estate, or service-based businesses
- Prior use of scheduling platforms, CRMs, or customer service tools
- Strong creative sense for organizing Instagram and social media content
