We're supporting a fast-growing US-based TikTok influencer marketing agency that manages brand partnerships and day-to-day operations for over 20 top creators and they're looking for a reliable, proactive Virtual Assistant to join their team.

This role is ideal for someone who's worked at a social media marketing agency or directly supported TikTok influencers. You'll be responsible for keeping the engine running smoothly behind the scenes from managing emails and calendars to tracking pitches and helping founders stay on top of high-impact work.

What You'll Do

• Manage daily email communications -organizing, prioritizing, and drafting responses
• Maintain a comprehensive calendar - schedulingreminders and coordinating meetings
• Track and update the sales pipeline - ensuringall client and pitch interactions are documented and followed up
• Assist in crafting and refining brand pitch templates tailored to client needs and deal goals
• Provide operational support, including document management, data entry, and reporting

Who You Are

• 4+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or Executive Assistant ideallyin a social media marketing agency
• Hands-on experience working with TikTok influencers, content creators, or managing influencer-brand collaborations
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Confident managing inboxes, scheduling, and using tracking systems or CRMs
• Extremely organized, self-sufficient, and resourceful youthrive in high-growth, high-ownership environments
• Bonus points if you've supported creator campaigns, pitch decks, or influencer partnerships
