Masterpro is seeking a remote bilingual Customer Service Agent to handle inbound and outbound calls and emails in two languages, supporting delivery, installation, scheduling and order queries. The role operates Monday to Saturday, 44 hours per week, with a night shift under a PJ contractual arrangement.

The candidate will manage inquiries, provide timely updates, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in customer service or call center support.
• Fluent verbal and written communication in two languages.
• Comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls and emails throughout the day.
• Basic computer skills (email, scheduling systems, CRM preferred).

We are looking for a remote Bilingual Customer Service Agent to handle inbound and outbound phone call and email communications in both languages. This role focuses on assisting customers with questions related to delivery, installation, scheduling, and general order support, as well as proactively reaching out to customers when needed.
