Lilo Social is seeking a Project Manager to serve as the operational backbone of client delivery, coordinating workflows across creative, media, and retention teams. You will manage project timelines, organize resources, and ensure seamless communication between internal teams and clients to maintain our high standard of service.

Responsibilities include leading cross-functional efforts, organizing weekly client meetings, and documenting SOPs and processes to scale as the business grows.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of project management experience in a digital marketing or agency environment.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and digital advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, email marketing).
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and internal teams.

Responsabilidades

• Manage project timelines and deliverables across multiple client accounts.
• Coordinate between creative, media buying, retention, and account teams to allocate resources.
• Organize weekly client meeting agendas and create actionable task lists.
• Create and assign Asana tasks for internal teams based on client requests and monthly retainer deliverables.
• Track production pipelines from brief through completion.
• Build and maintain SOPs for internal processes in Notion.
• Set up and manage client project tools including Google Drive, Asana, Slack, and proofing platforms.
• Lead internal standups and coordinate cross-functional project kickoffs.
• Handle client onboarding processes and schedule kick-off calls.

The Role

We are seeking a Project Manager to serve as the operational backbone of client delivery, coordinating workflows across creative, media, and retention teams. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, organizing resources, and ensuring seamless communication between internal teams and clients to maintain the high standard of service our partners expect.

Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines and deliverables across multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Coordinate between creative, media buying, retention, and account teams to allocate resources effectively
• Organize weekly client meeting agendas, take detailed notes, and create actionable task lists from meeting outcomes
• Create and assign Asana tasks for internal teams based on client requests and monthly retainer deliverables
• Track creative production pipelines and monitor asset status from brief through completion
• Build and maintain SOPs for internal processes, organized in Notion
• Set up and manage client project management tools including Google Drive, Asana, Slack, and creative proofing platforms
• Lead internal team standups and coordinate cross-functional project kickoffs
• Handle client onboarding processes and schedule kick-off calls with appropriate stakeholders
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and proactively implement process improvements
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of scope of work for each client account
• Keep all project stakeholders aligned and informed to ensure client retention and satisfaction

Requirements

• 4+ years of project management experience in a digital marketing or agency environment
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and digital advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, email marketing)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with clients and internal teams
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Expert proficiency with Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools (Asana, Notion, Slack)
• Ability to work independently while fostering collaborative team relationships

Nice to Have

• Experience working in a digital advertising or eCommerce agency
• Familiarity with creative production workflows and asset management
• Experience with Figma, Frame.Io, or other creative collaboration tools
• Background in managing subscription-based or retainer client relationships
• Process documentation and SOP development experience
