Bitunix is expanding its growth team and seeking a seasoned client services professional to manage a portfolio of high-value clients in a crypto-focused environment. You will be the primary contact for product questions, service escalations, and account needs, while building trusted relationships through proactive outreach and tailored support.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in client services or wealth management, experience with HNW or institutional clients, and familiarity with crypto

Qualificações

• 5+ years in client services, private banking, wealth management, or financial sales.
• Track record of managing HNW or institutional client relationships end-to-end.
• Familiarity with trading platforms or crypto exchanges is a strong plus.
• English and Portuguese proficiency.

• Build rapport with new and existing clients through proactive outreach and tailored support.
• Monitor client behavior and trading patterns; flag risks and opportunities to the team.
• Coordinate with product, operations, compliance to resolve client issues quickly.
• Support client acquisition through offline events, campaigns, and referrals.
• Maintain clean client records and contribute to weekly portfolio health reports.
• Execute on team-defined client service standards and escalation protocols.

You will be on the front line of Bitunix's growth team - building trusted relationships with high-value clients, delivering white-glove service, and turning client insights into action. This is a role for someone who thrives on ownership of their own book of clients and wants to deepen their expertise in crypto markets and client management.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of clients in the market, serving as their primary point of contact for product queries, service escalations, and account needs.
• Build rapport with new and existing clients through proactive outreach, regular check-ins, and tailored support.
• Monitor key client behaviour and trading patterns; flag risks and opportunities to the wider team.
• Coordinate with internal teams (product, operations, compliance) to resolve client issues quickly and deliver a seamless experience.
• Support client acquisition through offline events, campaigns, and referral programmes.
• Maintain clean, up-to-date client records and contribute to weekly reporting on portfolio health.
• Execute on team-defined clients service standards and escalation protocols.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in client services, private banking, wealth management, or financial sales - preferably within an international financial institution.
• Track record of managing HNW or institutional client relationships end-to-end.
• Familiarity with trading platforms or crypto exchanges is a strong plus.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple client needs simultaneously without dropping the ball
• English and Portuguese plus.
