American Tower Global in São Paulo, Brazil, seeks a Supply Chain Analyst to support the department with developing procedures and KPIs, managing suppliers, and optimizing cost, productivity, sustainability, and risk. The role emphasizes cross‑functional collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.

You will assist with supplier qualification, evaluation, data management, monthly metrics, and reporting, driving digitalization and process improvements to better serve American Tower customers.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years in Supply Chain or related area.
• Intermediate English and Spanish communication.
• Proficient in MS Office and data tools.

Responsabilidades

• Analysis, development, and management of the Supply Chain’s key performance indicators.
• Support supplier qualification and homologation processes for new suppliers.
• Support supplier evaluation, 3rd party documentation, and supplier financial, sustainability and risk analysis.
• Compile and manage Non-conformity report data from multiple sources and generate monthly metrics and weekly reports.
• Ensure internal Demand in Supply Chain is met within cost, timeline and quality standards.
• Support contract management of Supply Chain Categories.
• Interface with stakeholders to implement best practices and consistency between markets globally.
• Implement changes and develop new processes with focus on digitalization to better serve customers.
• Negotiate with suppliers.

Responsible for supporting ATC's strategy, by supporting the Supply Chain department with the development and management of procedures, key performance indicators and suppliers focused on optimizing cost, increasing productivity, sustainability, financial and risk management, and build excellent collaborative relationship with colleagues and stakeholders.

• Analysis, development, and management of the Supply Chain’s key performance indicators.
• Support the management of the qualification and homologation process of new suppliers.
• Support the supplier evaluation process, 3rd Party documentation management, and the supplier financial, sustainability and risk analysis in accordance with the Procurement Policy.
• Compile and manage Non-conformity report data from multiple data sources and generate monthly metrics and weekly reports to support business needs
• Ensure that internal demands, related to Supply Chain, are tended within the established standards of cost, timeline and quality of products and services.
• Support the contract management of Supply Chain Categories.
• Interface with other stakeholders to implement best practices and consistency between the markets (Globally)
• Implement change and/or develop new processes with focus in digitalization as required to provide ability to better service American Tower customers.
• Be able to negotiate with suppliers.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or other area related to the business.
• 2+ years relevant experience in the area.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and PowerBI).
• Intermediate oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
• The ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, support scope of requirements and prioritize is required.
