Responsabilidades

• Operate and monitor specialized equipment to manufacture silver paste, ensuring safe, efficient production.
• Perform routine quality inspections, analyze production data, and implement corrective/preventive actions to maintain product quality.
• Set up, adjust, troubleshoot, and coordinate maintenance of production equipment to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
• Support manufacturing improvements, new product introduction (NPI), production line transfers, and provide technical support to R&D and global customers.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ISO quality systems, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
