The role involves managing the entire hire-to-retire employee lifecycle and ensuring adherence to Brazilian federal and state laws. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills in both English and Portuguese, and have expertise in payroll, employee engagement, and statutory compliance. This position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to drive effective HR strategies.

Qualificações

• 7-9 years of experience in Human Resources.

• Demonstrate exemplary ethics and integrity, including ability to handle and maintain the integrity of confidential information

Desired Candidate Profile

Education - - Graduation: Any graduation/post-graduation

Exposure and strong understanding of federal and state laws
