Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead high-volume recruitment operations across Brazil within a fast-paced Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment delivery, leading a team of recruiters and coordinators, partnering closely with business leaders and clients, and driving recruiting excellence through data-driven decision making, process optimization, and workforce planning.

The ideal candidate will have experience hiring at scale across multiple functions and geographies, supporting multilingual recruitment programs, managing customer relationships, leading recruitment teams, and delivering against aggressive hiring targets while maintaining a strong focus on quality, candidate experience, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 7 or more years of Talent Acquisition experience
• 5 or more years working in a BPO/BPS environment
• 3 or more years managing recruiting teams
• Experience supporting high-volume recruitment
• Experience partnering directly with business leaders and customers/stakeholder management.
• Experience with multilingual hiring (English and Portuguese)
• Experience managing various trackers for recruitment metrics, workforce planning, and talent analytics
• Verbal and written communication skills in English and Portuguese

Preferred Requirements

• Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
• 10 or more years of Talent Acquisition experience
