AlwaysHired Pte. Ltd. in Woodlands seeks an Inventory & Cleanroom Operator to safely handle and inspect fragile quartz components, update ERP/WMS records, and manage stock movements.

You will coordinate repairs, issue parts to engineering teams, and ensure strict adherence to cleanroom SOPs and PPE guidelines in a dynamic environment.

Qualificações

• Advanced literacy in ERP/inventory systems (SAP/Oracle) and Excel.
• Ability to handle highly fragile, expensive components with care.
• Comfortable working with chemical cleaning systems and cleanroom PPE.

Responsabilidades

• Cleanroom & Equipment Operations: handle, inspect, and clean fragile components per SOPs.
• Inventory & Logistics Management: receive, unpack, verify, kit and issue parts.
• Repair Tracking: coordinate RMAs and track vendor repair turnaround times.
• Data Integrity: update ERP/WMS to reflect stock movements and scrapped items.
• Safety & Compliance: follow cleanroom protocols and PPE requirements.

Working Hour depending on deployment: Tuesday – Saturday 815am-530pm / Sunday – Thursday 815am- 530pm

The Role:

• Cleanroom & Equipment Operations: Safely handle, inspect, and clean fragile quartz and mechanical components using Polyflow automated washing machines according to strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Inventory & Logistics Management: Manage the physical receipt, unpacking, and verification of incoming parts against documentation. Safely kit and issue parts to engineering teams.
• Repair Tracking: Coordinate the outbound logistics for parts requiring external vendor repair, including creating RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorizations) and tracking turnaround times.
• Data Integrity: Promptly update the inventory management system (ERP/WMS) to reflect stock movements, repairs, and scrap. Maintain flawless digital records.
• Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to Class 10/100 cleanroom protocols, chemical safety guidelines, and proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements.

What are we looking:

• Advance literacy in ERP/inventory systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
• Demonstrated ability to handle highly fragile, expensive components with extreme care.
• Comfortable working with chemical cleaning systems and wearing cleanroom suits (bunny suits).
