AlpSoft Technologies Pte Ltd is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support troubleshooting, installation and maintenance of vacuum and mechanical products in the Northern Brazil region. You will work onsite at customer sites, assist senior engineers, perform fault finding and service activities, and document work in SAP according to procedures.

The role requires willingness to travel, strong safety awareness, and collaboration with internal teams to resolve customer issues, with training

Qualificações

• Diploma or equivalent in mechanical/engineering fields.
• No experience welcome; 1–2 years preferred.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, vacuum pumps or semiconductor equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with troubleshooting, repair and servicing of vacuum and mechanical products.
• Support pump installation, commissioning and after-sales service activities.
• Assist senior engineers with onsite technical support and customer enquiries.
• Perform basic fault finding, inspection, rectification and preventive maintenance.
• Support installation and commissioning activities at customer sites.
• Provide first-line field service support according to customer requirements.
• Record service activities, findings and work completed accurately in SAP.
• Assist with the creation and completion of service notifications and work orders in SAP.
• Follow established service procedures, safety requirements and technical guidelines.
• Work closely with senior engineers and internal teams to resolve customer issues.

Requirments

• Diploma / Nitec / Higher Nitec in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Engineering or related disciplines.
• NoExperience are welcome; candidates with 1–2 years of field service or engineering experience are preferred.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, vacuum equipment, pumps or semiconductor equipment.
• Willing to perform onsite installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and maintenance.
