Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on role to extract log data from electronic products, prepare devices for hardware investigations, and support related activities. You will handle data entry into internal and external management systems and perform periodic checks on status across multiple authorities.

The position requires a Diploma or Nitec in Engineering (minimum) and a Class 3 driving licence is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Nitec in Engineering or higher.
• Class 3 driving licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Extract log data from electronic products according to SOPs.
• Prepare electronic products for hardware investigations, including accessing internal components using jigs and laptops, per SOPs.
• Support hardware investigation activities as required.
• Perform data entry and upload information to the internal management system.
• Upload information to relevant authorities' management systems.
• Conduct periodic checks on authorities' management systems and prepare status summaries.
• Pack faulty products for further investigation by overseas teams when required.
• Collect faulty products from approved automobile workshops and service centres.
• Conduct periodic inventory checks and follow up on the status of collected faulty products.

• Support hardware investigation activities as required.

• Perform data entry and upload information to the internal management system.

• Perform data entry and upload information to relevant authorities' management systems.

• Conduct periodic checks on authorities' management systems and prepare status summaries.

• Pack faulty products for further investigation by overseas teams when required.

• Collect faulty products from approved automobile workshops and service centres.

• Conduct periodic inventory checks and follow up on the status of collected faulty products.

Working hours: 8.30 am to 5.30 pm, Mon - Fri
Standby duties on weekend or after work on rotational basis

Job Requirements
