JTE Recruit Pte Ltd's client, a MNC switchgear manufacturer in North - Senoko, seeks a lead tester for low-voltage switchboards and power distribution boards. You will coordinate supervisors and technicians, conduct FAT/FWT with clients, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Requirements include a Diploma in Engineering and the ability to read electrical schematics/SLDs. Training is provided; no prior experience is required.

Qualificações

• Diploma in Engineering required.
• Able to read and interpret electrical schematics and SLD.

Responsabilidades

• Lead testing of low-voltage switchboards and power distribution boards.
• Ensure testing procedures, checklists, and safety standards are followed.
• Conduct FAT and FWT with clients.
• Perform in-house testing and quality inspections (visual checks, torque tests).
• Provide training on safety procedures, testing methods, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain and manage testing tools, including calibration and defect reporting.
• Support quality improvement through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Project Management to review testing procedures and support projects.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.

Our Client:

• MNC - Switchgear Manufacturer

• Monday - Friday, 8.15am - 5.15pm

• North - Senoko

• Basic UP $3500 + Performance Bonus
  

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate a team of supervisors, technicians, and assistants to perform testing of low-voltage switchboards and power distribution boards.

• Ensure all testing procedures, checklists, and safety standards are properly followed.

• Conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Factory Witness Tests (FWT) with clients.

• Perform in-house testing and quality inspections such as visual checks and torque tests.

• Provide training on safety procedures, testing methods, and troubleshooting for new staff and products.

• Maintain and manage testing tools, including calibration, defect reporting, and replacements.

• Support quality improvement initiatives through root cause analysis and corrective actions.

• Work closely with the Project Management team to review testing procedures and support project execution.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering

• Able to read and interpret electrical schematics and Single Line Diagrams (SLD).

• No experience required, training will be provided
