Roles & Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

• Partner with senior leaders to translate business priorities into strategic people initiatives, covering workforce planning, talent and organisational effectiveness.
• Provide strategic HR advice on organisation structure, succession, performance and workforce-related decisions.
• Drive people and change strategies supporting digitalisation, operating model changes and evolving workforce needs.
• Use workforce data and organisational insights to identify people-related issues and develop practical recommendations.
• Work closely with HR Centres of Excellence and key stakeholders to implement integrated HR solutions and drive organisational change.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline, with at least 10 years of relevant HR experience.
• Strong strategic HRBP experience with the ability to advise and influence senior stakeholders in a complex organisation.
• Good understanding of workforce planning, organisational design, change management and organisational effectiveness.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes.
