Jobtailor seeks a Project Manager to oversee highly complex construction projects in São Paulo, planning schedules, coordinating third-party teams, and ensuring compliance with the technical scope, schedule, and quality standards.
You will provide technical support to assembly teams, identify field deviations, train subcontractors, and maintain safe, compliant sites while communicating with clients and internal departments to align progress and resolve issues.
• Oversee the progress and completion of highly complex projects by planning, preparing schedules, implementing, monitoring, and following up on the work of third-party teams, as well as initiating corrective actions when necessary
• Ensure that all project stages are carried out in accordance with the technical scope, schedule, and established quality standards
• Provide technical support to assembly teams, ensuring the correct interpretation of designs, application of detailed specifications, and implementation of technical solutions
• Identify field deviations and propose immediate corrective actions, maintaining formal records and coordinating resolutions with the Engineering, Factory, Quality, and Sales departments
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients and internal departments, aligning project stages, conflicts, and execution adjustments
• Conduct periodic visits to work sites, ensuring compliance with safety, organization, and quality requirements
• Train and supervise third-party assembly teams, ensuring productivity, technical alignment, and adherence to the schedule
• Control and report project progress through reports, daily construction reports, communication groups, schedules, and photographic records
• Manage the flow of technical information in the field, requesting designs, detailed specifications, area clearances, and other documentation
• Act proactively to resolve issues by anticipating demands and preventing work stoppages caused by missing information or materials
• Control, monitor, and validate measurements submitted by third-party teams in accordance with the contracted scope and schedule
• Propose and implement improvements to assembly services and products
• Comply with company, quality, and occupational health and safety standards and procedures
• Perform additional activities of a similar nature and level of complexity, as required by the department or immediate supervisor
Demonstrates expertise in project management, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations while effectively communicating with clients and internal teams. Capable of training and supervising third-party assembly teams to enhance productivity and technical alignment.
