A major IT services company in Brazil is seeking a LAB Quality System Engineer to drive MES projects and collaborate across teams. This role demands expertise in manufacturing MES systems, especially Syncade, and the ability to navigate regulated environments. A proactive attitude and a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle are essential. Qualificações

• Strong background in Syncade MES.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle.
• Experience with Agile frameworks and sprint-based development processes.
• Solid experience with database management systems (SQL Server, Oracle).
• Hands-on experience in software architecture, design patterns, and development practices.

• Design and develop software solutions aligned with business needs.
• Propose and deliver practical solutions to business and technical problems.
• Design, develop, and implement software aligned with requirements and compliance needs.
• Collaborate with BAs, QA, and stakeholders to deliver robust solutions.
• Conduct peer code reviews and uphold development standards.
• Stay current on MES technologies and industry best practices.
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of MES issues.

Conhecimentos

Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering MES

Understanding of Life Sciences domain

LAB Quality System Engineer

In this role you will:

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions and contribute to overall project success. The role requires a proactive, solutions‑oriented approach and a strong foundation in the life sciences and manufacturing engineering domain, with a focus on MES systems.

• Perform independently and progressively grow into a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for MES applications.
• Actively participate and contribute to team discussions, planning, and technical evaluations.
• Propose and deliver practical solutions to business and technical problems.
• Design, develop, and implement software solutions aligned with business requirements and compliance needs.
• Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and project stakeholders to deliver robust application solutions.
• Conduct and participate in peer code reviews; provide constructive feedback to uphold development standards.
• Remain current on application development trends, MES technologies, and industry best practices.
• Support the troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues in the MES environment.

We have some requirements:

• Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering MES, with a strong background in Syncade MES.
• Deep understanding of the Life Sciences domain, specifically in regulated manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and validated system environments.
• Experience working within Agile frameworks and sprint‑based development processes.
• Solid knowledge of database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle).
• Hands‑on experience in application architecture, design patterns, and development practices.
