Lazy Cow Media LLC is seeking full-time sales professionals to close exclusive real estate leads. We handle the marketing and scheduling; you show up with energy and close the deal.

No cold calling. 15-minute consultations, follow-ups, and a fast-paced pipeline. Training, scripts, CRM, and support provided. Base salary $800/month plus 20% on every $100 offer; typical earnings $2,500–$3,000/month. This is a full-time role with strong performance expectations.

• No cold calling – Every call is with a person who gave us their information and asked to be contacted
• 15-minute phone consultations – Call real estate agents, walk them through our process, and collect payment details.

Compensation (For Those Who Can Close):

• Base Salary: $800/month (paid on the 1st and the 15th)
• Commission: 20% on our $100 offer ($20 per set appointment)
• Typical Earnings: $2,500 - $3,000/month (base + commissions)
• Base can be renegotiated after 60 days for proven top performers
