Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Support Analyst to join our team at IT Universe, based in Blumenau, Santa Catarina, Brazil. This full-time, entry-level position involves providing technical, operational, and administrative support to users, managing service requests, and ensuring timely resolution of incidents.

Responsibilities

1. Register and manage service events, including technical calls and service requests.
2. Clarify technical, operational, or administrative doubts.
3. Identify and address support demands related to software and hardware.
4. Coordinate with third parties for installation, updates, relocations, corrections, and configurations of hardware and software.
5. Monitor service events to meet response and resolution deadlines.
