Jobtailor seeks an experienced AI leader to drive the enterprise AI strategy in São Paulo. You will shape the AI roadmap, partner with executives and business teams, and oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI products at scale.

You will manage governance, security, and compliance while driving adoption of responsible AI practices across the organization. Strong collaboration with Legal, Security and Data teams is essential.

Qualificações

• Experience leading AI strategy and roadmaps aligned to business goals.
• Proven track record with ML, Generative AI and enterprise-scale AI.
• Strong data quality, risk, cost, and scalability awareness in AI programs.
• Experience with AI governance, MLOps, and compliant AI practices.

Responsabilidades

• Support business areas and remove roadblocks in ideation and rollout of AI use cases.
• Build and prioritize the AI roadmap in partnership with leadership and business teams.
• Identify high-impact opportunities and promote AI adoption delivering business value.
• Translate business challenges into AI/ML/automation solutions.
• Assess AI use cases considering architecture, data quality, risks, and costs.
• Lead design, development, testing, and deployment of RAG, POC, MVPs, and AI products.
• Collaborate with Business, Technology, Data, Legal, Security, and Compliance teams.
• Define architectures, tools, and best practices for AI development across the org.
• Assess technologies, platforms, and vendors ensuring alignment with guidelines.
• Establish success metrics and monitor AI maturity progression.
• Establish AI governance and security practices ensuring privacy and compliance.
• Promote a culture of responsible AI through knowledge sharing and training.

• Support business areas and remove roadblocks in the ideation, prioritization, and rollout of AI use cases.
• Build, manage, and prioritize the Artificial Intelligence roadmap in partnership with leadership and business teams, aligning it with the organization’s strategic objectives.
• Identify high-impact opportunities and quick wins, promoting the adoption of AI solutions that generate business value.
• Translate business challenges and needs into solutions based on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, automation, and analytics.
• Technically assess AI use cases, solutions, and projects, considering architecture, data quality, risks, costs, scalability, and implementation feasibility.
• Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of RAG solutions, POCs, MVPs, and AI products into production.
• Work collaboratively with Business, Technology, Data, Legal, Security, and Compliance teams to develop and scale AI solutions.
• Lead the definition of architectures, tools, and best practices for the development and use of Artificial Intelligence across the organization.
• Assess and recommend technologies, platforms, and vendors, ensuring alignment with business needs and corporate guidelines.
• Establish success metrics, track performance indicators, and monitor the organization’s AI maturity progression.
• Establish AI governance and security practices, ensuring compliance with privacy, information security, compliance, ethics, and responsible technology use requirements.
• Promote a culture of responsible Artificial Intelligence by sharing knowledge, disseminating best practices, and supporting team training and development.

Requirements

• Ability to work across executive and technical teams.
• Experience with Machine Learning and Generative AI.
• Practical knowledge of LLMs, RAG, MCP, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
• Experience with Generative AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or AI agents.
• Knowledge of Python and data/ML libraries.
• Knowledge of AI architecture, APIs (Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Bedrock, Vertex AI), and systems integration.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Knowledge of MLOps/LLMOps and AI governance (MLflow, Kubeflow, Databricks, Azure ML).
• Experience with AI at enterprise scale.
• Experience managing the financial aspects of AI environments (FinOps).
• Experience with Databricks.
• Experience in the financial services sector, having developed AI and Machine Learning projects (preferred).

Proficient in managing AI roadmaps, governance, and compliance while fostering collaboration across technical and business teams.
