Lever, Inc. is seeking an AI Product Manager to shape AI-powered experiences for customer acquisition and business growth in Brazil.

You will align product strategy with technology, data, and user needs, focusing on conversational experiences, automation, and personalization. You will work with Engineering, Design, and Growth to drive experimentation and data-driven decision making while ensuring responsible AI practices and regulatory compliance.

Qualificações

• Experience in fintech, financial services, or SaaS products.
• Hands-on with chatbots, AI agents, or conversational interfaces, including WhatsApp integrations and APIs.
• Experience building AI-powered solutions focused on automation, personalization, or revenue enablement.
• Familiarity with Generative AI and LLMs and applying them to business challenges.
• Strong product metrics mindset; SQL familiarity is a plus.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an AI Product Manager - IAN based in Brazil.

This is a high-impact Product Management opportunity focused on shaping AI-powered experiences that drive customer acquisition and business growth.
You'll connect product strategy, technology, data, and user needs to identify and develop innovative AI opportunities.
The role centers on conversational experiences, automation, personalization, and the practical application of Generative AI.
You'll work closely with Engineering, Design, and Growth teams in a collaborative environment built around experimentation and continuous delivery.
Your decisions will be guided by data, experimentation, and measurable product outcomes, with a strong focus on customer experience.
You'll also help ensure AI solutions are developed responsibly, with appropriate attention to ethics, security, and regulatory requirements.

Accountabilities:

• Identify and prioritize opportunities to use AI to improve new-customer conversion through conversational experiences, particularly via WhatsApp, automation, insights, and personalized journeys.
• Use product data to make informed decisions, validate hypotheses, measure results, and assess the business impact of AI-powered solutions.
• Partner closely with Engineering and Design to create user-centered experiences that balance customer needs, technical feasibility, and technological innovation.
• Lead product discovery by identifying meaningful customer and business problems and translating them into practical AI-driven solutions.
• Ensure AI-powered products and features follow appropriate principles of ethics, security, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
• Clearly communicate product objectives, discoveries, learnings, priorities, and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Encourage a culture of experimentation, continuous learning, and data-driven decision-making within the product team.
• Stay informed about emerging AI trends and identify practical applications that can create value for customers and the business.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager working with digital products, ideally within fintech, financial services, or SaaS environments.
• Hands-on experience with chatbots, AI agents, conversational interfaces, WhatsApp integrations, APIs, or similar technologies.
• Experience developing or managing AI-powered solutions, particularly those focused on automation, customer service, personalization, revenue generation, or commercial enablement.
• Familiarity with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), predictive models, and their practical application to business challenges.
• Strong understanding of product metrics and data-driven product management; familiarity with SQL is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value and align diverse stakeholders.
• Experience working within multidisciplinary squads alongside Product, Engineering, Design, Growth, and other business functions.
• Strong autonomy, curiosity, and willingness to continuously learn about emerging AI technologies and their applications in financial services.
• A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is a plus.
• Certifications or courses in Artificial Intelligence, Product Management, or Data Science are considered advantageous.
• Experience with products subject to Central Bank regulation or other regulated financial environments is a plus.
• Experience with Generative AI platforms and APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, AWS Bedrock, Vertex AI, or similar technologies is desirable.
