Jobgether SRL is seeking a senior software engineer to build and scale AI-powered products at the intersection of software, ML, and customer-facing technology. You will own end-to-end features, from conversational AI to automated routines, while advancing RAG pipelines and LLM evaluation in production.

You will collaborate in a small, cross-functional squad and drive engineering practices as the product scales, with a strong emphasis on practical AI experiences and measurable customer value.

Responsabilidades

• Build and ship AI product features end to end (conversational AI, intelligent agents, automated routines).
• Design, implement and improve Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines and prompt strategies.
• Develop and maintain LLM evaluation pipelines to measure output quality and detect regressions.
• Establish monitoring and observability for AI features (prompts, models, usage, performance).
• Collaborate with Product and Design to address meaningful customer problems with scalable AI solutions.
• Take ownership of technical decisions and strengthen engineering practices as the product grows.

This role offers the opportunity to build and scale an AI agent product at the intersection of software engineering, machine learning, and customer-facing technology.
You will develop product features end to end, spanning conversational AI, intelligent agents, automated routines, and LLM-powered experiences.
The position combines hands‑on product engineering with RAG, evaluation, observability, and machine learning in production.
You will work within a small, highly collaborative squad alongside engineering, product, and design professionals.
Your work will directly influence how customers use AI to solve real business problems and automate important workflows.
The environment is fast‑paced and product-driven, with significant ownership across the delivery lifecycle and opportunities to shape technical practices as the product scales.

• Build and ship AI product features end to end, including conversational AI experiences, intelligent agents, and automated routines that deliver measurable value to customers.
• Design, implement, and continuously improve Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and prompt strategies.
• Develop and maintain LLM evaluation pipelines to measure output quality, identify regressions, and continuously improve AI‑powered experiences.
• Establish monitoring and observability practices for AI features, including prompts, models, usage patterns, and system performance.
• Support the transition of machine learning models into production environments, implementing monitoring and continuous feedback loops to improve their effectiveness over time.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Design to identify meaningful customer problems where AI and machine learning can provide practical and scalable solutions.
• Contribute across multiple stages of the delivery lifecycle, taking ownership of technical decisions and helping strengthen engineering practices as the product and team grow.
• Work collaboratively in a small squad environment, sharing knowledge and contributing to a culture of experimentation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Solid professional experience as a software engineer building and successfully shipping customer‑facing product features.
• Hands‑on experience developing AI products within the last 12 months, particularly involving LLMs, AI agents, or AI‑powered features.
• Practical experience with at least one of the following: chatbots or conversational AI, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), or LLM evaluation pipelines.
• Strong programming skills in at least one of Go, TypeScript/JavaScript, or Python.
• A strong product mindset, with a focus on delivering useful experiences to end users rather than concentrating solely on model development.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced environment where engineers take ownership of multiple parts of the delivery and product lifecycle.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Experience with prompt engineering, AI monitoring and observability tools, autonomous or personal agents operating across channels such as Slack, Teams, or WhatsApp is highly desirable.
• Experience taking machine learning models, including predictive models, into production with monitoring and feedback loops is an advantage.
• Background in fintech, payments, or financial products is a plus.
• Experience building and scaling ML or LLM‑powered products is highly valued.
• Previous experience in an early‑stage startup environment, particularly from Seed through Series B, is considered a plus.
