Lever, Inc. is seeking a Fullstack AI Engineer - Pleno/Sênior based in Brazil to build practical AI solutions, prototypes, automations, and MVPs powered by generative AI.

You will work with product and business teams to translate requirements into scalable, end-to-end solutions spanning full-stack development, AI agents, APIs, and workflow automation, using Node.js, React, Python, n8n, and related tools.

Qualificações

• More than 5 years of professional software development experience.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted software development tools and AI agents.
• Proven ability to understand business needs and map processes to solutions.
• Strong experience with n8n for workflow automation and system integrations.
• Solid knowledge of Node.js, React, and REST API integrations.
• Experience with Python for automation, scripting, or AI-related tasks.
• Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, or comparable AI agent frameworks.
• Knowledge of cloud environments, Docker, CI/CD, DevOps, or serverless architectures.

Responsabilidades

• Develop prototypes and MVPs using generative AI, automation, APIs, and system integrations.
• Design automated workflows with n8n and connect internal systems through APIs.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Fullstack AI Engineer - Pleno/Sênior based in Brazil.

This role offers the opportunity to build practical AI solutions that transform business opportunities into working products.
You will create prototypes, automations, integrations, and MVPs powered by generative AI and modern development practices.
Working closely with product and business teams, you will identify processes that can be improved and translate them into scalable solutions.
The position combines full-stack development, AI agents, API integrations, workflow automation, and rapid experimentation.
You will work with technologies such as Node.js, React, Python, n8n, LLM APIs, and AI-assisted development tools.

The position is remote, with occasional availability required for visits to the office in Campinas, São Paulo.

Accountabilities

• Develop prototypes and functional MVPs using generative AI, automation, APIs, and system integrations.

• Design automated workflows with n8n and connect internal systems, databases, web applications, and AI services through APIs.

• Build and evolve solutions using multiple programming languages and technologies, including Node.js, React, Python, and PHP.

• Design and support AI agents, copilots, assistants, and intelligent workflows, evaluating appropriate architectures and implementation approaches.

• Assess technical feasibility, effort, risks, and architecture for proposed solutions.

• Apply good practices related to security, authentication, logging, data protection, and responsible use of AI-powered solutions.

• Document technical solutions and contribute to evolving prototypes and MVPs into production-ready applications.

• Work consultatively with product and business stakeholders to map current-state (As-Is) processes and propose improved future-state (To-Be) processes.

• Experiment with AI-assisted development tools and rapidly validate ideas while maintaining appropriate technical quality and reliability.

Requirements

• More than 5 years of professional software development experience.

• Practical experience with AI-assisted software development, including tools such as Claude Code, Lovable, GitHub Copilot, or similar vibe-coding solutions.

• Hands-on experience creating and developing AI agents.

• Proven ability to understand business needs, analyze existing processes, and propose future-state solutions that generate practical value.

• Strong practical experience with n8n for workflow automation and system integrations.

• Experience rapidly developing prototypes and evolving them into functional MVPs.

• Solid knowledge of Node.js, React, and REST API integrations.

• Experience with Python for automation, scripting, or AI-related integrations.

• Familiarity with PHP-based applications.

• Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, or comparable AI agent and orchestration frameworks.

• Knowledge of cloud environments, Docker, CI/CD, DevOps, or serverless architectures.

• Understanding of generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI service APIs.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts for product and business audiences.

• Autonomy, delivery focus, curiosity, and an innovative mindset with the ability to take calculated risks.

• Knowledge of RAG, embeddings, and vector databases is a plus.

• Familiarity with LGPD, data security, and AI governance is a plus.

• Experience with BMAD Method and agent orchestration is a plus.

• Experience in education or healthcare environments is a plus.

• Familiarity with TOTVS/RM or Protheus is a plus.
