Jobgether is seeking a Senior Product Lead in Brazil to drive two core AI squads, including an LLM gateway and an agent orchestration platform. You will shape the product roadmap, align user needs with business outcomes, and partner with engineering, design, and stakeholders to deliver value in a fast-evolving AI landscape.

The role requires a strong data-driven mindset, experience with developer-facing products, and excellent English and Portuguese communication.

Qualificações

• Strong familiarity with LLMs and practical use cases.
• Hands-on understanding of AI agent frameworks or tools such as LangChain, LangFlow, n8n, or similar ecosystems.
• Proven ability to collaborate across engineering, design, and business discussions.
• Data-driven mindset with analytics, dashboards, and experimentation for prioritization.
• Experience in developer-facing products and DX metrics.
• Track record of leading product teams in high-ambiguity environments.
• Strong communication in English (technical reading) and Portuguese (team collaboration).

This is a high-impact product leadership role at the heart of an AI-native platform powering large-scale developer and enterprise use cases. You will lead two squads responsible for core AI infrastructure, including an LLM gateway handling high-volume, multi-provider routing and a platform for building and orchestrating AI agents. The role blends deep product thinking with technical fluency, requiring close collaboration with engineering, design, and stakeholders. You will define and evolve the product roadmap in a rapidly changing AI landscape, ensuring alignment between user needs, business outcomes, and technical feasibility. This is a highly cross-functional environment where data-driven decision-making and strong product intuition are essential. You will play a key role in shaping the future of AI-enabled developer experience at scale.

Accountabilities

• Lead product strategy and execution across two core AI squads, including an LLM gateway and an AI agent orchestration platform, ensuring alignment with broader platform goals.
• Own and continuously evolve the product roadmap, integrating discovery insights, usage analytics, and strategic priorities in a fast-moving AI context.
• Act as the voice of the user by conducting research, analyzing behavioral data, and translating developer and platform needs into clear product direction.
• Serve as the bridge between engineering, design, and business stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility, user experience quality, and business value remain aligned.
• Prioritize initiatives using quantitative and qualitative data, including observability metrics, user feedback, and product analytics.
• Lead cross-functional discussions, negotiate scope, and manage stakeholder expectations with clarity and accountability.
• Monitor the AI ecosystem, including emerging models, frameworks, and agent technologies, and incorporate insights into product decisions.

Requirements

• Strong familiarity with LLMs, including differences between models, providers, and practical use cases.
• Hands-on understanding of AI agent frameworks or tools such as LangChain, LangFlow, n8n, or similar ecosystems.
• Proven ability to work across engineering, design, and business conversations without losing clarity or depth in any domain.
• Strong data-driven mindset with experience using analytics, dashboards, and experimentation to guide product prioritization.
• Experience in developer-facing products, with an understanding of developer experience (DX) principles and success metrics.
• Track record of leading product teams and managing stakeholders in complex, high-ambiguity environments.
• Strong communication skills in English (technical reading) and Portuguese (team collaboration).
• Experience building or managing AI gateway, LLM proxy, or AI infrastructure products is a strong plus.
