Qualificações

• Senior fullstack engineer with TypeScript expertise and high autonomy.

This senior fullstack role focuses on building SaaS solutions that turn complex business challenges into practical digital products. You will work across frontend, backend, middleware, and core product layers, contributing to solutions from problem definition through production. The position combines strong engineering skills with product thinking, requiring you to understand user needs and challenge assumptions before implementation. You will use AI-assisted development as a core part of your workflow, orchestrating agents while maintaining ownership of architecture, quality, security, and performance. You will also help bring AI-powered capabilities into production and measure their real-world impact. The role offers significant autonomy, close collaboration with product and design, and an environment centered on continuous learning and innovation. This is a fully remote opportunity open to professionals across Brazil.

Accountabilities:

• Understand the underlying problems faced by users and business teams, challenge assumptions, and collaborate with product and design to define the best solution before development.
• Create clear technical specifications and implementation plans before writing code, using documentation as a primary engineering tool.
• Lead AI-assisted implementation by preparing context, orchestrating development agents, correcting direction when needed, and critically reviewing architecture, testing, security, and performance.
• Take ownership of delivery across the technical stack, including React frontend, Next.js BFF on Vercel, Node.js/NestJS CQRS middleware, and the Java product core.
• Monitor solutions after deployment through real-world usage, logs, metrics, and user impact, considering work complete only when supported by evidence.
• Develop and bring AI capabilities into production, including legal document extraction, classification, and summarization.
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of AI-generated results over time.
• Evolve the team's AI development framework, including skills, rules, living documentation, and automated evaluations.
• Collaborate directly with users and business stakeholders to drive solutions from problem definition through delivery.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a senior fullstack engineer with strong TypeScript expertise, high autonomy, excellent technical judgment, and practical experience using AI agents as part of the development process.

• Solid fullstack development experience with TypeScript.
• Strong experience with React and Next.js on the frontend.
• Strong Node.js experience, with NestJS or an equivalent backend framework.
• Experience working across multiple application layers and integrating frontend, backend, middleware, and core systems.
• Practical experience with AI-agent-driven software development using tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Windsurf, or similar platforms.
• Ability to build context, write specifications, guide development agents, and correct their direction rather than relying only on AI autocomplete.
• Proven ability to independently lead deliveries and work directly with users or business areas.
• Excellent written communication, particularly for technical specifications, implementation plans, and code reviews.
• Senior-level ability to critically review code written by others, identifying subtle defects, security vulnerabilities, performance bottlenecks, and ineffective tests.
• Strong sense of ownership, autonomy, and technical responsibility.
• Ability to evaluate architecture, testing, security, and performance with sound technical judgment.
• Experience with AI-powered product capabilities is valuable, particularly extraction, classification, or summarization workflows.
