A Lever, Inc. está buscando um Analista de IA Sênior no Brasil para liderar iniciativas de agentes de IA que apoiam operações e experiências de clientes. Você transformará conhecimento de negócios em conteúdos, instruções e conversas que os agentes utilizem com eficácia.

Trabalhará com equipes de Commercial, Support, Marketing, Education, BI, Technology e Product para moldar o roadmap de IA, com alto nível de autonomia e foco em experimentação prática e práticas reutilizáveis.

Qualificações

• Pelo menos 5 anos de experiência em áreas como produto, dados, operações ou atendimento ao cliente.

Responsabilidades

• Conduzir equipes de negócios na transformação de conhecimento em manuais, informações contextuais e diretrizes para IA aprender.
• Desenhar conversas de agentes definindo objetivos, tom, perfis de usuário e fluxos de interação.
• Configurar e melhorar agentes com n8n ou plataformas de automação, incluindo prompts, ferramentas e consultas SQL.
• Testar e monitorar conversas em tempo real, identificar falhas e criar novos casos de teste.
• Documentar prompts, protocolos e conhecimento operacional para reduzir dependência de indivíduos.
• Atuar como ponto de referência de IA para equipes de Comercial, Suporte, Marketing e Educação.
• Identificar oportunidades de IA, manter backlog e comunicar prioridades à liderança de Produto.
• Desenvolver metodologias e melhores práticas reutilizáveis entre equipes.

Analista de IA Sênior based in Brazil.

This role focuses on teaching, operating, and continuously improving AI agents that support business operations and customer experiences.

You will translate business knowledge into reliable contexts, instructions, conversations, and resources that AI agents can effectively use.

The position combines generative AI, business data, automation, and operational excellence rather than traditional software or AI engineering.

You will monitor real-world agent interactions, identify weaknesses, and turn failures into improvements and new test cases.

Working closely with Commercial, Support, Marketing, Education, BI, Technology, and Product teams, you will help shape the AI roadmap.

The role offers significant autonomy and ownership, with an emphasis on practical experimentation, collaboration, and reusable best practices.

You will play a key role in making AI solutions more accurate, scalable, and valuable to the business.

Accountabilities

• Guide business teams in transforming their knowledge into manuals, contextual information, guidelines, and other materials that AI agents can effectively learn from and use.
• Design agent conversations by defining objectives, tone of voice, user profiles, expected experiences, and appropriate interaction flows.
• Configure, maintain, and continuously improve AI agents using n8n or similar automation environments, including prompts, tools, and SQL queries in collaboration with BI and Technology teams.
• Test and monitor real-world conversations, identify failures and opportunities for improvement, and convert findings into corrections, new test cases, and stronger operating practices.
• Document prompts, protocols, decisions, and operational knowledge in appropriate corporate environments to ensure continuity and reduce dependence on individual users or personal accounts.
• Act as an AI reference point for Commercial, Support, Marketing, and Education teams by communicating developments, gathering feedback, and translating business needs into actionable AI improvements.
• Identify and prioritize AI opportunities, maintain the AI backlog, and communicate priorities and recommendations to Product leadership.
• Develop methodologies, standards, and best practices that can be reused across teams and contribute to the continuous evolution of AI operations.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in areas such as product, data, operations, customer experience, or consulting, with a strong ability to connect business needs with practical technology solutions.
• Hands-on experience working with generative AI and AI agents in production environments, including practical understanding of how to operate, evaluate, and improve agent-based solutions.
• Strong SQL skills for querying, analyzing, and validating business data and ensuring that AI-generated responses are supported by reliable information.
• Advanced analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret metrics and trends, identify patterns, investigate issues, and make data-informed decisions.
• Strong critical thinking and continuous-learning mindset, with the ability to evaluate AI behavior, challenge assumptions, and continuously improve processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to guide non-technical stakeholders, gather requirements, explain AI concepts, and collaborate effectively across teams.
• High degree of autonomy, ownership, organization, and accountability, combined with a collaborative approach and willingness to work across different business areas.
• Completed or ongoing higher education, including a bachelor’s degree, technology degree, postgraduate qualification, or technical education.
• Experience with n8n or another low-code automation platform is a plus.
• Conversation Design experience and a background in customer service or support are desirable.
• Previous experience in the cinema industry is considered an advantage.
