Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a seasoned AI leader to define and run an enterprise Center of Excellence for responsible, scalable AI adoption.

You will set strategy, governance, and standards while aligning business, tech, and compliance to deliver measurable AI value across the organization. You will lead the COE operating model, drive cross-functional alignment, and advise executive leadership on AI trends, risks, and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise AI initiatives across business, tech, and compliance.
• Strong governance and lifecycle management practices in AI.
• Hands-on with AWS Bedrock, Copilot Studio and Claude.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Define the enterprise AI strategy, roadmap, and COE operating model.
• Lead cross-functional stakeholders to align AI standards, best practices, and success measures.
• Advise executive leadership on AI trends, risks, opportunities, and pragmatic adoption paths.
• Establish AI technology standards for development, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Drive adoption of enterprise AI platforms with focus on Bedrock, Copilot Studio, and Claude.
• Partner with engineering, data science, and security teams to build scalable, secure integrations.
• Create reusable patterns, reference architectures, and technical guidelines for AI solutions.
• Facilitate workshops to align governance, priorities, and ROIs.
