The role requires at least 5 years of experience, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems, with ability to work under pressure in a multinational environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar positions.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
• Intermediate English (reading, writing, and meetings).
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills for financial reporting.
• Ability to work in multinational environments and under pressure.
• Detail-oriented, organized and results-driven.

Responsabilidades

• Account analysis and reconciliation of accounting accounts.
• Tax reconciliation and accounting analysis of taxes.
• Preparation of financial and accounting reports for corporate submission.
• Management of LALUR (Brazilian tax accounting ledger).
• Assistance with external, internal, and tax audits.
• Preparation and submission of ECD and ECF.
• Handling of Block K requirements.
• Accounting reconciliation between accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Support for the finance team in Mexico and meetings.
• Monitoring and support between budgeting and execution.
• Assistance with accounting changes related to Tax Reform.
• Control and execution of costs in projects and cost centers.

As Accounting Specialist in Ruhrpumpen, you will be responsible of provide support to the Financial Manager in conducting analyses and preparing financial, accounting, and tax reports. Prepare financial statements and ensure compliance with the company's legal accounting, tax, and financial standards and procedures.

Main Responsibilities

• Account analysis and reconciliation of accounting accounts.
• Tax reconciliation and accounting analysis of taxes.
• Preparation of financial and accounting reports for corporate submission.
• Management of LALUR (Brazilian tax accounting ledger).
• Assistance with external, internal, and tax audits.
• Preparation and submission of ECD (Digital Accounting Bookkeeping) and ECF.
• Handling of Block K requirements.
• Accounting reconciliation between accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Support for the finance team in Mexico and participation in meetings.
• Monitoring and support between budgeting and execution.
• Assistance with accounting changes related to Tax Reform.
• Control and execution of costs in the correct projects and cost centers, enabling cost reduction analysis at the business unit level.
