Ruhrpumpen in Brazil is seeking an experienced Accountant to support the Financial Manager in analyses, reporting, and compliance with local and international tax and financial standards.

The role covers account reconciliation, tax analysis, audits support, ECD/ECF submissions, and collaboration with the Mexico team to align budgeting and costs across units.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar positions.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
• Intermediate English (reading, writing, and participation in meetings).
• Strong analytical skills, reconciliation expertise, and ability to prepare financial reports.
• Ability to work in multinational environments and under pressure.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven.

Responsabilidades

• Account analysis and reconciliation of accounting accounts.

• Preparation of financial and accounting reports for corporate submission.
• Management of LALUR (Brazilian tax accounting ledger).
• Assistance with external, internal, and tax audits.
• Preparation and submission of ECD (Digital Accounting Bookkeeping) and ECF.
• Handling of Block K requirements.
• Accounting reconciliation between accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Support for the finance team in Mexico and participation in meetings.
• Monitoring and support between budgeting and execution.
• Assistance with accounting changes related to Tax Reform.
• Control and execution of costs in the correct projects and cost centers, enabling cost reduction analysis at the business unit level.
