About the job:

As a Finance Administrator/Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial operations of our company. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including liaising with the third-party financial company in Brazil and the HQ financial team, managing accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, and reconciling financial records. Your attention to detail and strong analytical skills will contribute to the overall success of our finance department.

Responsibilities
  • Liaise with the third-party financial company in Brazil and the HQ financial team.
  • Analyze, audit, summarize, and report on financial data related to vendors and customers to ensure timely accounts payable and receivable.
  • Schedule, audit, manage approvals, and report for Accounts Payable.
  • Process invoices for customer orders on parts and equipment and ensure timely payments to vendors.
  • Manage vendor communication and relations, including follow-ups.
  • Control company costs and supervise vehicle use.
  • Assist and communicate with the accounting team regarding bookkeeping, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and assist in budgeting and forecasting.
  • Manage company expenses regularly as defined by the company.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Finance Administrator/Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, local financial policies, and accounting principles.
