Jobtailor is seeking an Accounting Analyst in São Paulo to support monthly close, reconciliations, and journal entries across finance, tax, purchasing, and payroll modules.

You will prepare and analyze trial balances, financial statements, and management reports, ensuring compliance with CPC/BR GAAP and internal controls, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

A CRC registration and strong Excel skills are required; experience with ERP systems and attention to detail are essential.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Perform monthly accounting close activities.
• Prepare reconciliations for balance sheet and income statement accounts.
• Prepare and record journal entries, provisions, reclassifications, and allocations.
• Analyze accounting balances and discrepancies; follow up on items.
• Support trial balances, financial statements, and management reports.
• Perform controls related to fixed assets, inventory, revenue, expenses, and provisions.
• Verify integration of information from finance, tax, purchasing, inventory, and payroll modules.
• Prepare documents for audits and support internal controls.
• Comply with accounting policies and procedures; maintain records.
• Contribute to process standardization and improvement initiatives.
• Assist senior analysts and collaborate with other departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Accounting
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to analyze and resolve moderately complex problems
• Active CRC registration or in the process of obtaining it
• Experience with accounting routines, reconciliations, and monthly close processes
• Knowledge of Brazilian accounting standards — CPC/BR GAAP
• Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency
• Experience with ERP systems
• Strong analytical skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
