We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our team in São Paulo, Brazil. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of finance, accounting, tax, legal, IT, and treasury, including financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, cash management, and statutory compliance. You will be responsible for maintaining the full set of ledgers and accounts, managing monthly closing activities, preparing financial and statutory reports, ensuring compliance with applicable local, international, and internal accounting and tax standards, and supporting the timely and accurate consolidation of financial information for Head Office. As a business partner, you will provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and play a key role in building systems, processes, and frameworks from scratch, particularly across finance, tax, legal, and treasury. This is a highly hands-on role, especially during the initial phase, requiring you to personally execute and/or review key finance processes such as payments, bank reconciliations, tax calculations, invoicing, accounting entries, and month-end closing. We are looking for someone who is proactive, improvement-oriented, and solution-driven, with strong analytical and organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset. The ideal candidate will also have the ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams while working effectively in a dynamic and growing environment.
