We’re seeking an experienced Accounting & Operations Manager who has successfully managed the accounting and administrative operations of a US-based service company. This role requires a versatile, proactive individual capable of handling bookkeeping, payroll, inventory, and strategic process improvements.

Must-Haves

  • Proven experience managing accounting operations for a US-based service company
  • Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable (AR/AP) management
  • Payroll experience using Gusto
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience managing inventory and supplies
  • Strategic mindset to improve systems and workflows
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership
  • Knowledge of job costing and cost tracking
  • Solid understanding of general accounting functions
  • Working knowledge of GAAP
  • Fluent, professional English communication skills
  • Experience in running an accounting department or small business finance

Nice-to-Haves

  • Degree in Accounting or related field
  • Attention to detail and accurate record keeping
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and inventory management tools
  • Managing multiple legal entities or complex bookkeeping setups
  • Familiarity with US tax reporting and compliance

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST.

Compensation: Paid in USD.

Location: 100% remote.
