Kavaalya is a global yoga school offering online yoga trainings and courses in multiple languages. Our team is spread across countries from East to West, united by a shared passion for yoga and quality education.

We’re looking for a Program Manager with strong leadership skills to oversee our key initiatives, coordinate multiple projects, and lead both internal teams and external partners.

About the Role

As Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving the success of our yoga training programs by managing the full program lifecycle—from strategic planning to execution. You’ll ensure that projects are aligned, deadlines are met, and team members are working efficiently toward shared goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with company goals.
2. Manage and support project managers and internal team members across different functions.
3. Oversee relationships with external partners such as instructors, content creators, and service providers.
4. Define and optimize processes for content development, course delivery, and program evaluation.
5. Monitor timelines, budgets, and resource allocation across projects.
6. Ensure consistent communication and collaboration across all stakeholders.
7. Report directly to company leadership and contribute to strategic planning.

Requirements

1. Fluent in English (spoken and written) – essential for communication with global teams and partners.
2. Spanish proficiency is a strong plus.
3. Minimum 7 years of experience in project or program management, preferably in online education, wellness, or tech.
4. Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and coordinating across departments.
5. Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
6. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
7. Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Notion).
