Qualificações

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare sector is essential.
  • Ability to maintain relationships with managers and senior managers.

Conhecimentos

Client services experience in advertising

Your role will involve delivering outstanding work to healthcare clients through collaboration across teams to produce creative, activation, tech enablement, and more. Management and Execution:
  1. Manage daily projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and maintaining high client satisfaction.
  2. Collaborate with your team to ensure precise project execution, adhering to processes and regulatory standards.
  3. Meet challenging deadlines with attention to detail and a commitment to flawless execution that exceeds client expectations.
  4. Support delivery of key brand objectives, integrating them into strategic recommendations.
  5. Assist with project budgets under leadership guidance.
  6. Work with cross-functional teams on launch programs.
  7. Maintain an action- and solution-oriented approach at all times.
  8. Ensure all communications reflect Klick standards and foster a positive client experience.
  9. Develop a thorough understanding of clients, industry dynamics, competitors, and the evolving business environment.
Experience:
  1. Client services experience in advertising, specifically within the pharmaceutical/healthcare sector.
  2. Experience in brand planning and launch activities.
  3. Skill in intake of new client opportunities and brief coordination.
  4. Ability to set up and participate in client meetings, providing follow-up and recap notes.
  5. Experience in reviewing and creating scopes of work in partnership with Project Management.
  6. Effective communication of client feedback and changes to internal teams.
  7. Ability to maintain relationships with managers and senior managers.
  8. Strong presentation and communication skills.
  9. Fluency in Portuguese and English.
  10. Understanding of marketing communications and regulations in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry.
