Humand is seeking a growth-oriented strategist to lead opportunities in Brazil, collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams to maximize the impact of our HR SaaS solutions. You will identify strategic alliances and drive commercial initiatives tailored to the Brazilian market.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in sales, consulting, or strategy roles within SaaS, with deep knowledge of Brazil’s dynamics and culture.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in sales, consulting, strategy, or similar roles.
• Experience in SaaS, HR domain, Brazil market.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and strategic alliances, especially in Brazil.
• Design and propose commercial strategies to drive growth in the Brazilian market.
• Analyze market trends, competition, and regulatory aspects of Brazil to guide planning.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to optimize service offerings in Brazil.
• Generate reports on commercial performance in Brazil and propose improvements.

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to optimize service offerings in Brazil.
• Generate reports and analyses on commercial performance in Brazil and propose improvements.

What We Value

• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in sales, consulting, strategy, or similar roles, ideally in SaaS companies focused on HR.
• Proven experience working in Brazil, with deep knowledge of its dynamics, cultures, and commercial trends.
• Biligual/Native proficiency in Portuguese and English. Knowledge of Spanish will be a highly valued plus.
• Exceptional analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Strategic vision and ability to detect growth opportunities.
• Proactivity, organization, and results-oriented focus.
