Job summary

Bin Hindi Group is seeking a Sales Consultant - Fleet in Bahrain to actively pursue fleet sales, build strong customer relationships, and coordinate with service and delivery teams to ensure smooth handovers. You will gather market information, prepare quotes, and promote models to meet targets.

The role requires familiarity with fleet/corporate sales, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work with the Fleet Manager to achieve objectives.

Qualifications

School or Diploma education is preferred.
Minimum experience of 3 Years in Fleet Sales.

Responsibilities

Commit to Sales targets; review own sales performance; adopt corrective and preventive actions accordingly.
Assist in the preparation of quotations; obtain approvals from the Fleet Manager/Division head as needed.
Ensure unit sales match the agreed mix of models and types.
Retain existing customer profiles through follow-up and regular contact.
Plan daily tasks and weekly planning to achieve targets.
Maintain loyalty with customers via regular calls/visits and promotional materials.
Coordinate with the service department to identify vehicles due for change or replacement.
Develop skills to persuade customers by matching product and dealer benefits to their needs.
Be knowledgeable about product range, specifications, prices, and availability.
Acquire knowledge of competitors' products to address objections.
Promote current and new models as assigned; conduct technical seminars as needed.
Reach out to potential customers to demonstrate models and win new markets.
Negotiate price variations and promotions within allowed discount limits; relay feedback to managers.
Prepare own sales reports and daily/monthly plans; report difficulties to managers.
Handle customer complaints appropriately and escalate as needed.
Inform Sales Manager of incidents requiring action.
Complete PDI requests and coordinate with LV Vehicles Delivery In-charge and PDI section.
Ensure pre-delivery inspections and cleaning are carried out before delivery to Fleet Owners.
Ensure smooth handovers to Fleet Owners and maintain ongoing satisfaction.
Stay aligned with internal procedures and policies.
Perform other duties as required by management.
