Job summary

Qualifications

We are in need of a skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team on a temporary basis in Muharraq Bahrain. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a short-term position and has a passion for creating delicious and high-quality dishes

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee the preparation of meals for various events and occasions
• Create menus that cater to different dietary requirements and preferences
• Ensure that all food is prepared and presented according to company standards
• Train and manage kitchen staff including sous chefs line cooks and assistants
• Maintain inventory levels and place orders for necessary supplies
• Ensure that the kitchen is clean organized and meets all health code regulations

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate kitchen staff
• Proficient in menu planning food cost control and inventory management
• Knowledgeable about different cooking techniques and cuisines
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure

Qualifications

• Culinary degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Valid food handling certification
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed

Salary The salary for this temporary position is $1000 per month
