Prestige Greeters in Isa Town, Bahrain seeks a dynamic Sales Manager for a contract role to drive sales growth and revenue. You’ll develop strategic plans, manage a team of sales reps, and ensure targets are met, while coordinating with other departments to achieve sales goals.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, at least 3 years of sales management experience, and proven leadership and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role in the same industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
• Manage a team of sales representatives providing guidance, training and support.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify threats or opportunities.
