Hitachi Energy in Bahrain is seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to drive growth across the Grid Integration portfolio. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with utilities and contractors, and deliver tailored technical and commercial solutions.

The role requires 10–12 years in power transmission, strong English communication, and hands-on experience with Salesforce and Power BI to forecast and report.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years' experience in power transmission and grid projects.
• Knowledge of substations, FACTS, BESS, and data center power.
• Proven experience in developing and executing sales strategies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in English.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Grid Integration portfolio to customers.
• Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through tailored solutions.
• Prepare sales forecasts and pipelines using CRM tools.
• Lead market research and competitive analysis focusing on renewables.
• Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to stakeholders.
