Zain Bahrain is seeking a Procurement & Contract Management Specialist to lead sourcing of goods and services and oversee the full lifecycle of supplier contracts. This role ensures seamless integration between procurement, logistics, and contract management to deliver compliant, cost-effective solutions.

You will standardize procurement activities, maintain supplier databases, negotiate terms, manage POs, monitor performance, and support audits.

Qualificações

• Lead procurement of goods and services for the company.
• Monitor marketplace trends, pricing, and supplier roadmaps.
• Standardize procurement activities per Sourcing & Procurement Policies.
• Manage turnkey procurement from offers comparison to POs.
• Coordinate with requestor departments for documentation.
• Track POs against KPIs and inform progress.
• Negotiate contract terms to minimize risk and maximize value.
• Maintain records and supplier database; conduct reviews.
