Job summary

Responsibilities include producing comparison tables, arranging procurement negotiation meetings, and monitoring deliveries to uphold project timelines. A Civil/Architecture degree and 10+ years of experience (5+ in GCC) are required.

Qualifications

• University Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Total experience of at least 10 years, with 5+ years in GCC.
• Strong commercial/technical knowledge and outsourcing experience.

Responsibilities

• Check requisition forms sent by site and identify missing details.
• Coordinate with site and issue inquiries to suppliers/subcontractors.
• Gather quotations and produce comparison tables.
• Arrange negotiation meetings with Procurement Manager.
• Follow up materials deliveries to ensure on-time procurement.
