Job summary

Maersk Bahrain is seeking a dynamic Head of Lean & Business Transformation Strategy to coach and lead the Way of Working program. This role will coordinate the local implementation of lean elements, standardize processes, and drive the annual project plan while aligning with the KBSP 2030 Growth Strategy at a regional leadership level.

The position demands strong change management, stakeholder influence, and proven capability in transformation within a terminal/port environment.

Qualifications

5-8 years of experience in management consulting or transformation roles, ideally in the Middle East.
3-5 years in program management/continuous improvement deployment or with logistics/terminals operating systems.
PM certification.
Lean Six Sigma preferred and terminal operations exposure.

Responsibilities

Coach and lead the Lean & Business Transformation program across the Bahrain terminal.
Coordinate local implementation of Way of Working elements and annual project plan.
Drive and align the KBSP 2030 Growth Strategy with leadership.
Inspire and manage the Lean & Transformation team and ensure compliant execution.
